We are on a mission to promote the continuous growth and the proper positioning and re-positioning of organizations across Nigeria and nations of Africa, by increasing the capacity of staff for maximum efficiency in the workplace via the tool of information and training.

Our Team
BODE ABODUNDE
Olabode Abodunde is the Team Lead at Bodabod Integrated Services.
He started out his career as an Accountant in a hospitality management company about twenty five years ago, having studied accounting. He moved on shortly after that into the Banking sector and spent over a decade in operations, rising to the position of Banking Head of Operations. It was there that he discovered his passion for Human Resources and a desire to understand the dynamics of the corporate working environment. After Banking, he had a brief sojourn in FMCG and retail marketing and then IT operations, where he realized that Human Capital never really changes but only becomes refined by training and leadership.
In 2017, he founded Bodabod with the aim of helping organizations train, fine-tune and lead staff to help them become better at their jobs and their individual lives thereafter. This would consequently lead to the growth and progress of their organizations too. Bode Abodunde believes that getting the staffing and their mindset right is pivotal to individual and organizational growth.
His personal ideology rests on three pillars, Processes, Systems and People. The processes make up the systems which are run by the people. ‘Bode has attended various trainings and seminars during his career and has been instrumental to the growth of many small businesses and the turnaround of many ailing ones in the last decade.
Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis, Capacity Development, Recruitment & On-Boarding and Emotional Intelligence remain very dear to his heart because he believes that the non-existent middle class is the reason of the struggling Nigerian economy.
On the individual scene, Bode believes that everyone was born with bundles of creative talent. Also everyone has a point of entry into their hidden potential, more like a switch that catalyzes them into optimal productivity and performance. It is the duty of workplace leaders to find these switches and turn them on.
He is a firm believer in the human side of management as a pivot to propel staff to greater effectiveness and ultimately move organizations to the next levels of profitability.
Olabode is happily married to his lovely and supportive wife and is blessed with three great children.
SHIRLEY EFEREMO
Shirley Eferemo is Director (None Executive Programs ) in Rex-Roberts Consult LTD, Chief Operating Officer Commit Technology and Principal Consultant BrisnQuest Nig Ltd.
She has avid interest in service to humanity and strong focus on people engagement. She majors on Youth, Women empowerment, Education and Career Counseling, have had impact on over 7,000 youths over a period of 5 years from her work on Lifestyle Management and Wellbeing with UNICEF and other Multilateral Agencies both as a consultant and as an accredited Master Facilitator. She is an active participant in professional, civic, and religious programs;
An Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Lagos (ACIPM), Fellow Charted Institute of Management Consultants , President HIV& AIDS Community Development Group and a minister in Mountain of Fire and Ministry Kitchner Waterloo Branch, Ontario, Canada.
An entrepreneur who in her short but robust career in start- ups master minded the establishment of Mama’s Arm International School haven stabilized JS Margaret Private School initiated and BrainQuest Limited a Counseling outfit, Most persuasive speaker with an enviable presentation skills/strong team orientation and best facilitator in South-West Nigeria 2012 and 2014 consecutively.
She started her tertiary studies by undertaking Certification and Diploma Programs in both Computer Programming and Theatre Arts at The University of Lagos and The University of Jos respectively, Prior to her Bachelor Of Science Degree in English Language from Lagos State University, PGD in Education 8 Post Graduate Diplomas in Theology, Biblical Studies, Counseling and MSc in International Human Resource in Rome Business School, Married with 2 happy grown up children.
OLAYIWOLA AKINYEMI:
Olayiwola was a banker for sixteen years and worked with five different banks. He has extensive experience in Foreign Operations and Public Sector departments where he managed many high profile accounts successfully. He was also branch manager in two other banks during his career in banking. He was the Client Services Manager of Alpari Trading, a multinational Forex Trading company where he managed the branch from inception and grew the branch to profit. He was also a trainer/tutor. He is presently a faculty member of Bode Zakari & Co, a training outfit that conducts various trainings for top tier banks in Nigeria. He is passionate about fostering enduring relationships, making the customer happy and has an eye for details.
He is happily married with children.
